Sterling Silver & Sea Glass Care Instructions
Sterling silver is 9.25% silver, it will tarnish naturally. Taking good care of it will keep it shining bright.
Storage:
Keep your pieces in a cool, dry place, ideally in a sealed bag or box to protect them from the elements.
POLISHING:
Regularly give your sterling silver a quick polish with a jewelry cloth (I recommend the Sunshine Co. jewelry cloth) for a sparkling finish).
SEA GLASS CARE:
To keep your sea glass pieces radiant, we recommend “oiling” them! After cleaning, simply rub a tiny bit of oil (or even the leftover lotion from your hands) onto the glass to bring out its’ natural glow.
Avoid Pools & Hot Tubs:
Always remove your sterling silver jewelry before taking a dip in the pool or hot tub.
CLEANING:
For a deeper clean, mix baking soda and water into a paste, then gently rub it over your sterling or sterling & sea glass pieces. Use a small brush to reach those tricky spots, then rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
Your jewelry will sparkle like new with just a little love and attention!
